I can't decide on what colors to make my sailor moon so I think you guys should do it for me!lol so I have decided to make it a contest! called:

DIGITAL AND TRADITIONAL MEDIA IS FINE! color the whole pic including background be creative (use your knowledge of colors) have fun! don't stress out. DEADLINE FEB 28 2010 PRIZES FIRST PLACE will get 1 completed digital work and one completed traditional work (of his/her choice) and a 1 month journal feature!
SECOND PLACE will get 1 digital ink drawing and a taditional sketch work (of his/her choice)and a 1 week journal feature!
THIRD PLACE will get a traditonal sketch (of his/her choice)
